Oxygen therapy

Oxygen therapy

Oxygen is the basis of life. Almost no one doubts that all organs and parts of the body need oxygenated blood. What is the cause of lack of oxygen in our body? An insufficient amount of oxygen in the body is usually caused by its lack in inhaled air (unventilated rooms, polluted air, smoking). Also, almost all of us breathe poorly - we inhale shallowly, superficially.

Limiting the supply of oxygen in the body can also be caused by insufficient movement, sitting in front of the TV or elsewhere, overeating, etc. The lack of oxygen in the human body is also caused by its excessive consumption during stress.

Another important factor is the wear and tear of the organism with age. The partial pressure of oxygen in the blood and in the tissues gradually decreases from a very young age. The consequence is increased susceptibility to fatigue, reduced immunity, increased susceptibility to viral diseases, the best known of which is the flu.

What can we do about all this? Increase oxygen supply regularly. You can say that you prefer to go to the mountains or to the sea. Error. You're not there year-round, and besides, the oxygen content of the air is the same everywhere with little variation. By the sea and in the mountains, there are more negative ions that give you a pleasant feeling, not oxygen. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the supply of oxygen through adequate movement, including sports. But that's not enough for most people.

German professor Manfred von Ardenne discovered, after twenty years of research, how to increase the oxygen content in the blood and also how to maintain it in the human body for a long time. He recommended several methods of oxygen treatment, of which the so-called multi-stage oxygen treatment was the most popular in the world. It is a healing peel that lasts 18 days, it is recommended to breathe a 40% mixture of oxygen and humidified air for one hour a day. For this, vitamin treatment and breathing exercises are necessary.

The beneficial effects of inhaled oxygen therapy persist long after completion of oxygen therapy.

Irregular therapy is recommended in case of migraine prevention, acute headache or sudden fatigue. However, for the maximum and long-term effect, we recommend one oxygen therapy per day for at least 5 consecutive days, preferably 10. From practice, we can confirm that the effect lasts up to half a year when 10 therapies are performed in a short succession.

When to undergo the oxygen therapy?

  • for easier learning and memory improvement (you can take educational texts with you and study while inhaling)

  • for functional respiratory problems, lung and bronchial diseases

  • in heart diseases

  • is suitable for the therapy of malignant tumors

  • with psychological problems, depression

  • with headaches, loss of appetite, increased fatigue, leg pain, sleep disorders

Contraindications: oxygen therapy is not suitable for asthmatics, epileptics, people with increased activity of the thyroid gland and after organ transplantations!

What results can we expect from the oxygen therapy?

    • reduction of fatigue
    • memory improvement
    • delaying the signs of aging, including reduced sexual performance
    • increasing resistance to exhalations in the air
    • help in the regeneration of the organism during and after chemotherapy and radiation
    • strengthening of the organism before operations and a favourable effect on post-operative recovery
    • beneficial effect on the body in case of high blood pressure, diabetes, leg ulcers, heart arrhythmia, angina pectoris, after a heart attack and other diseases
    • defence against migraines, stress, overwork
